Know Your Numbers
Know exactly what it costs to run your business — and price every job to make money.
Great work doesn’t guarantee a profitable business.
Many trade companies are busy all year and still unsure where the money went. The problem is rarely the work. It’s pricing that doesn’t reflect what the business actually costs to run.
This course gives owners and managers a clear, repeatable system to identify costs, track overhead and price jobs with confidence — so every decision is based on real numbers, not guesswork.
