WATCH TO LEARN MORE ABOUT this program

- Trades are in high demand: employment in construction / skilled trades is projected to grow ~5.6% over the next decade — signalling strong job-security for the most competent tradespeople. (Finance & Commerce)

- Upskilling matters: skills beyond the tools (e.g., communication, client-interaction, follow-up) are increasingly seen as “soft-plus” competencies that differentiate tradesmen and increase their value. For example, 25% of Canada’s 4 million tradespeople will need new or upgraded skills within five years. (RBC)

- Training in selling/communication pays off: formal sales training on average delivers up to a 353% return on investment (≈ $4.53 earned for every $1 trained) in business settings — showing that improved selling skills tend to lead to measurable value. (Qwilr)

- Bigger role equals higher income: in the Canadian skilled-trades context, journeypersons who completed top trades were earning > $68,750 annually – which shows that advancing your role (not just staying at entry-level) leads to meaningful income gains. (canada.ca)

When you combine your technical trade skills with client-facing, value-driven skills, you’re positioned for the higher “senior technician” wage bracket because you bring more to the table.

You already work hard. Now learn how to make it pay harder.

You’ve worked hard to master your trade.

You know how to do the job right, solve problems fast, and keep customers happy. But when it comes to sales conversations, it can feel uncertain or uncomfortable.

In this course, you’ll learn how to communicate clearly, ask better questions, explain pricing with confidence, and close more jobs..... without pressure or scripts.

Our Result Speaks for Themselves

If any of this sounds familiar...

  • You’re great on the tools but know you could bring even more value if you understood the business side

  • You’re ready to earn more, lead more, and be seen as a key player on your team

  • You want to feel confident talking to clients about solutions, pricing, and next steps

  • You’re ready to move from just completing jobs to helping your company win them

You know that the next step in your career isn’t about working harder.... it’s about learning the skills that make you indispensable to your employer and every client you serve.

Here’s the reality:

  • It’s about standing out, not just showing up.

  • It’s about being the tech everyone wants on the job because you get it done right the first time.

  • It’s about learning how to think like a problem-solver, not just a parts-changer.

  • It’s about communication...so clients see your value and bosses trust you with more responsibility.

  • It’s about building confidence in every quote, every job, every conversation.

  • It’s not about adding more pressure...it’s about building the skills that create opportunity.

  • So you can move from doing the work to leading the work.
